Outfit: Off the Shoulder Dress

"Off the shoulder" tops and dresses have been very popular this summer. Recently, I bought this dress at a boutique down at my beach house, and I love the pattern and flowy sleeves on this dress. This dress is effortless and so chic especially with the hot pink clutch.
