One of my favorite things to do in the summer is workout. I don't know what it is about warmer weather and blue skies, but that for some reason motivates me a little more. Since I am down at the shore for the majority of the summer, I typically run on the boardwalk along the ocean. Something about the beach makes running much more bearable because back home I do not enjoy running. Besides running, I like to do ab and leg workouts in order to keep the other parts of my body in shape. It is the perfect amount of exercise to do every day during the summer.
