Although school is over, summer is the perfect time to focus on myself. I like to get in some sort of exercise during my day. Along with running a couple of miles on the beach, I love to do ab workouts. Ab workouts are key to maintain the "summer bikini body". Here is my ab workout.
50 Crunches
1 minute plank
50 Russian Twist
25 bicycle crunch (each leg)
For each exercise I complete 3 reps.
